I have already taken the Real Estate State Exam 2 times now and this past time I missed it by 3 points!! I realized that the math section was the area I did the worst in and needed to improve. This course was definitely helpful. I wanted to find my way around it because I thought it would be a waste of time and money but I'm glad I did it. The courses are easy to use and the way Ms. Tamalla breaks down the lessons is easy to understand with a a lot of 'O yeah!' moments. Not to mention the price was affordable. I also like the handouts and slides I get to keep. I go to take my exam this Thursday and I'm confident that I will kill the math section this time. I struggle with math calculations and have poor memory retention so its really a challenge for me. With this course, providing a video of each category followed by two text exams that can be taken repeatedly and downloadable slides and content was a game changer for me. I recommend so highly that if anyone is taking a real estate exam to go through this course. Its given me confidence that I didn't have prior to going through this course. Tamalla Mallet is a teacher that has worked in various industries during the last 35 plus years. She became licensed in 2001, became a Broker in 2004 and a licensed real estate instructor in 2006. She also began working in the community association field in 2009.
